the PRO-TECH award and currently holds the record in SC for achieving the PRO-TECH
award for14 consecutive years in a row. This award is given to the top 5% of dealers
in the county. This award is based on the following criteria: service management,
customer satisfaction surveys, equipment visits by the manufacture, adherence
in using only manufactured parts specific for each machine, at least 2 service
technicians need to be trained on every print driver, machine and accessories
that go out and above standard uptime reports on equipment in the field.
DocuSystems has over 20 technicians whose average tenure with our company is
14 years and have over 220 years of combined industry experience. Our technicians
are top in class and offer various certifications in: network, color and production.
As a company our service team has over 457,000 of working hours in the field and
as a whole average 98% uptime in our current accounts.
