DocuSystems is a proud recipient of the Pro-Tech Service Award for 2021 through Dedication to Service Excellence. DocuSystems has received this prestigious award 24 years in a row. This award recognizes those Konica Minolta dealers who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to customer support and satisfaction. Konica Minolta gives this award out to the top 10% of dealers throughout the country, and there are only 9 dealers that have won this award more than DocuSystems.
Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award
The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award honors the top copier dealers in the U.S. based on technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time, success rates, and overall customer satisfaction. DocuSystems has won this award consecutively for the last 4 years.
The Trailblazer
The Trailblazer Award, presented by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, recognizes an organization that has created a cutting-edge product or service. DocuSystems is always looking to remain on the forefront of the latest technology advancements, and through this goal The Trailblazer Award was presented to DocuSystems in 2019.
2020 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year
In 2020, DocuSystems was named an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for an eighth straight year for its continued leadership and superior contributions to ENERGY STAR. This also marks the third year in a row that we’ve received the Sustained Excellence distinction for our enduring commitment.
These accolades recognize our hard work to promote environmental sustainability in our operations and encourage the practice with our customers, employees, and larger business community. We remain committed and proud to be doing our part to help make our society and our planet more eco-friendly.
